Delivery
There is no physical shipment. After Cashfree confirms payment, the purchased template appears in My Library and can be personalized in the invitation editor.
Invitation access
A published invitation is shared using its private link and remains available until 168 hours after the saved event end time. At expiry, its saved details and photos are cleared from the service. The order record remains in purchase history.
Technical issues
If a verified order does not appear in your library, contact the support team using the business contact details published before launch and include your order ID. Do not share payment card or bank credentials in a support request.
