Information we use
When you sign in with Google, we use the account details Firebase Authentication provides, such as your email address and display name, to create and secure your Wedding Invitation Builder account. Invitation details, uploaded photographs, order records, and support messages are used to provide the service you request.
Payments
Checkout is handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Wedding Invitation Builder receives payment status and order details; payment card and bank credentials are handled by that provider and are not stored by Wedding Invitation Builder.
Photos and invitation data
Your drafts and uploaded photos are stored to let you edit and publish invitations. Public invitations and their photos are available through their share link until seven days after the saved event end time. At expiry, invitation content and associated media are scheduled for deletion. Purchase records are retained for accounting and support.
Service providers and security
We use Firebase Authentication, Cashfree, and the configured database and media storage providers to operate the service. We use access controls to protect private drafts and account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information using the client support details published before launch. Financial transaction records may need to be retained where required by applicable law.
Details to confirm before launch
The final data controller identity and address, statutory retention periods, grievance contact, and any analytics or diagnostic tools must be confirmed before production use.
